任職要求： 1. 要求具備教練證 RPT/USPTA/ITF 2. 有市隊或省隊運動員背景優(yōu)先 3. 有相關(guān)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 崗位職責(zé)： 1.Responsibly plan and teach PE lessons. 認(rèn)真制定教案并教授體育課程。 2.Develop and maintain a comprehensive PE curriculum for Tsinglan School. 為清瀾學(xué)校開發(fā)并維護全面的體育課程體系。 3.Contribute to the active, co-curricular athletic program at Tsinglan School. 積極參與清瀾山學(xué)校課外體育項目的建設(shè)。 4. Assist in designing and implementing PED days for students across all divisions (PK, PS, MS, and HS). 協(xié)助設(shè)計并執(zhí)行全校體育日活動，覆蓋所有學(xué)部（幼兒園、小學(xué)、初中及高中）。 5. Resolve student issues during PE classes and promptly notify Homeroom Teachers, Grade Leaders, and parents. 妥善處理體育課中的學(xué)生問題，并及時告知班主任、年級組長及家長。 6. Support student learning through cross-departmental collaboration(e.g.,integrating ESL strategies into PE classes and athletic programs). 通過跨部門協(xié)作支持學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)（如在體育課程及活動中融入ESL教學(xué)策略）。 7. Enhance students' athletic skills; provide specialized guidance and extra tutorials to students with exceptional talents, recommending advancement opportunities. 提升學(xué)生運動技能；為具備特長的學(xué)生提供專項指導(dǎo)及加練課程，并推薦發(fā)展機會。 8. Demonstrate commitment to the 4C skills (Communication,Collaboration,CriticalThinking,Creativity) in teaching and teamwork. 在教學(xué)及團隊協(xié)作中踐行4C能力培養(yǎng)理念（溝通、協(xié)作、批判性思維、創(chuàng)造力）。 9. Promote cross-cultural understanding among faculty and students. 促進(jìn)師生間的跨文化理解。 10. Actively participate in curriculum development, documentation, and faculty professional development. 積極參與課程開發(fā)、教案編寫及教師專業(yè)發(fā)展活動。 11. Engage in inter disciplinary teaching collaborations when possible. 在可行情況下參與跨學(xué)科教學(xué)合作。 12. Maintain positive parent relationships and attend parent-teacher conferences. 建立積極的家長關(guān)系，參與家長會。 13.Offer at least one elective course or student club per semester. 每學(xué)期至少開設(shè)一門選修課或指導(dǎo)學(xué)生社團。 14. Provide occasional class coverage for colleagues. 必要時為同事提供臨時代課支持。 15.Support Foci-Learning Week, SummerSchool, and Study Trips as needed. 協(xié)助開展體育周活動、暑期課程及研學(xué)旅行活動。 16.Assist with other student activities when available. 適時支援其他學(xué)生活動。 17.Regularly update attendance records and grades via Xiaobao system. 通過"校寶"系統(tǒng)定期錄入考勤與成績數(shù)據(jù)。 18.Monitor student well-being in class and proactively report progress concerns or achievements. 關(guān)注課堂內(nèi)學(xué)生身心健康，及時反饋學(xué)業(yè)進(jìn)展問題或亮點。 19. Collaborate with support staff (e.g.,Admissions Officers) as appropriate. 適時與輔助部門（如招生辦）協(xié)同工作。 20. Maintain flexibility in under taking other reasonable duties as signed by management. 靈活完成管理層指派的其他合理工作任務(wù)。 21. Value teamwork with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. 具備優(yōu)秀的組織、人際與溝通能力，重視團隊協(xié)作。
