Position: Middle School Math Teacher Reports to: Head of Department Job Description: Plan lessons and teach students according to the curriculum standards; Assess students' learning using valid and reliable measures; Proactively manage the classroom with positive discipline to facilitate and ensure an environment for learning; Build positive relationships with students by connecting with them as a person; Maintain positive relationships with parents and participate in conferences; Support students who face obstacles to learning; Enrich the curriculum for strong students as necessary; Contribute to curriculum review and development within the department; Create components of the curriculum as necessary; Help to organize and participate in curriculum-related school events; Teach an elective class, lead a student club or offer a tutorial during the co-curricular class blocks; Support student learning by collaborating with others to support focused programs (e.g., library, EAL, Learning Support, Psychological counselling, etc.); Support student learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school; Promote cross-cultural understanding by all members of the school community; Occasionally cover classes for absent colleagues; Participate in school-wide, divisional and departmental meetings; Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the head of department, division directors or principals. 職位：初中數(shù)學(xué)教師 匯報對象：學(xué)科組長 崗位職責(zé)： 1. 根據(jù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定課程計劃并進(jìn)行教學(xué)； 2. 使用有效可靠的評估方式評估學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況； 3. 積極采用正向管理方法，營造有利于學(xué)習(xí)的課堂氛圍； 4. 通過與學(xué)生建立鏈接，構(gòu)建積極的師生關(guān)系； 5. 與家長保持良好關(guān)系并參與家長會； 6. 支持面臨學(xué)習(xí)障礙的學(xué)生，幫助他們克服困難； 7. 為學(xué)有余力的學(xué)生提供適當(dāng)?shù)恼n程拓展； 8.參與學(xué)科課程的審查與開發(fā)工作； 9.必要時編寫課程相關(guān)內(nèi)容； 10. 協(xié)助組織并參與與課程相關(guān)的學(xué)?；顒?； 11. 在課外活動課時教授選修課、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)生社團(tuán)或提供輔導(dǎo)課程； 12. 通過與圖書館、英語輔助學(xué)習(xí)（EAL）、學(xué)習(xí)支持、心理輔導(dǎo)等相關(guān)部門合作，支持學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)； 13. 與其他教師及學(xué)校部門合作，共同促進(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)； 14. 促進(jìn)學(xué)校社區(qū)成員間的跨文化理解； 15. 在同事缺勤時偶爾代課； 16. 參加學(xué)校范圍內(nèi)、學(xué)部及學(xué)科的各類會議； 17. 完成學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人、學(xué)部主任或校長合理交辦的其他任務(wù)。
