科創(chuàng)組負責人 崗位職責： 1.負責搭建AI通識教育課程體系，統(tǒng)籌開展AI通識教育課程； 2.負責搭建STEAM板塊課程體系，統(tǒng)籌開展STEAM板塊相關課程； 3.構(gòu)建信息技術和科學等相關課程框架，帶領科創(chuàng)組老師建設學校的特色課程，打造學校的科創(chuàng)體系和校本名片； 4.探索整個學校的一體化科創(chuàng)特色項目，組織以科創(chuàng)為核心的科技節(jié)等大型展示活動； 5.開展科創(chuàng)組教研管理和教學質(zhì)量評估，監(jiān)管增益課程尤其是CCA課程的開展與質(zhì)量； 6.梳理并組織科創(chuàng)相關的競賽及校際交流； 7.協(xié)助相關部門組織學生做好校內(nèi)外實踐。負責與相關第三方機構(gòu)和部門對接，開設符合學校特色的增益課程； 8.承擔每周5-8個班不低于10個課時的AI/STEAM/信息技術/科學課教學。 9.與各學部教學主任一起協(xié)調(diào)組織學校增益課程，包含學生競賽、CCA課后活動、校內(nèi)外研學。 任職資格： 1. 統(tǒng)招本科/碩士研究生學歷。 2. 精通AI課程和STEAM課程者優(yōu)先考慮。 3. 教學經(jīng)驗不少于8年,本崗位相關工作經(jīng)驗不少于4年，有0-1項目搭建經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。 4. 了解國內(nèi)外前沿的教育教學理念。 **Head of STEAM** **Job Responsibilities:** 1.Responsible for building AI general education curriculum system and coordinating the development of AI general education courses; 2.Responsible for building the curriculum system of STEAM board and coordinating the development of STEAM board related courses; 3.Develop the curriculum framework for ICT, Science, and related subjects, lead the STEM teacher group in building the school’s specialized courses, and establish the school’s STEM system and school-based curriculum brand. 4.Explore and develop integrated school-wide STEAM incorporation initiatives. Plan and execute large-scale events such as Science and Technology Festival centered on STEAM. 5.Oversee teaching research, management, and quality assessment for the STEM teacher group.Supervise the implementation and quality of profit curriculum program, particularly CCA. 6.Organize and manage STEAM-related competitions and inter-school exchanges. 7.Assist relevant departments in organizing student practical activities and liaise with third-party institutions to develop enrichment courses aligned with the school’s unique characteristics. 8.Teach 5-8 classes per week (minimum 10 lesson hours) in AI/STEAM/ICT/Science lesson. 9.Collaborate with heads of academic across each school division to coordinate and organize school enrichment programs, including student competitions, CCA (Co-Curricular Activities), and on/off-campus research-based learning. **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a full-time accredited university. 2. Proficient in AI and STEAM curriculum preferred. 3. No less than 8 years of teaching experience, no less than 4 years of related work experience in this position, 0-1 program building experience is preferred. 4. Understanding of cutting-edge education and teaching concepts at home and abroad.
