Job Responsibilities 1.Develop detailed lesson plans and teaching materials based on the school’s curriculum or students’ actual needs, and deliver full-English instruction. 2.Employ student-centered teaching methodologies to create a positive, inclusive, and interactive all-English classroom environment that fosters students’ interest in learning. 3.Design diverse formative and summative assessment activities (e.g., quizzes, projects, presentations, reports) to regularly evaluate students’ learning progress. 4.Actively participate in teaching research meetings and training sessions, collaborating closely with local and foreign teaching teams to develop curricula and share best teaching practices. 5.Communicate regularly with parents (via parent-teacher meetings, emails, school management systems, etc.) to provide updates on student performance and establish strong home-school partnerships. Job Requirements 1.Native English speaker with a bachelor’s degree or higher; education-related majors are preferred. 2.Possess internationally recognized English teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) and a nationally or internationally recognized teaching qualification. 3.At least 2 years of English teaching experience, preferably with students aged 3–16; familiarity with the characteristics and needs of learners in this age group. 4.Passionate about education, patient, responsible, approachable, and strong in communication skills, with the ability to fully engage students.
